Just like Handbrake, Videora is a free app too, but I really don't know which one is better, if you want to choose one from these two, you'd better try them yourself, than can be used on both Mac and Windows. This freeware works similar as the Handbrake to convert all types of video files to playback on iPad/iPad 2 and the new iPad.
