2:10 PM - (no subject)

Waiting for my next class to start, how fun. I have to back to main campus after class and sit through a presentation until 8 pm (hopefully shorter). I don't like being gone most of today. Other than that, it's been a productive day.

Umm... just a general question - why don't McDonald's employees know the general definition of meat?

I had a test this morning. It was fun. Ok, I'm lying - it wasn't.

3:30 PM - Norway needs a dentist

If you don't know what I mean, look at a picture of the "World Idol" smiling. Seriously, let's send Norway a dentist.

4:36 PM - LJ "Friends" Ad

I just viewed the LJ friends ad. If any of my LJ friends ended up at my door because I wrong a "sad" entry - I'd get a restraining order. Maybe that's why I choose LJ friends who can't just show up at my door. Well, first you'd have to know where I live before you could do something that crazy.

3:28 PM - A sign that you're having a bad day

I started to compose an e-mail at noon. I wondered why I hadn't received a reply yet at 3 pm. Simple answer, I forgot to send the e-mail.

3:01 PM - So who needs sleep anyway

Sleep is for weaklings. Yep, you guessed it - I didn't sleep last night. Not a wink, strange thing is that I am fairly awake at the moment.

Work sucked today. First, I was scheduled for 7 am. The manager who was supposed to open forgot and we were waiting for a hour outside. We got hold of a manager at 7:30 and she lived 30 minutes away.

Once in the store, we verified that two of my co-workers called in sick. So we were an hour behind and two people short - just how I want to start my day.

Half of the signs were invalid due to the stupid sign software. I had to reprint half of my signs.

I ended up working 30 minutes over. That sucked.

10:35 AM - What a... Farmer Jackass?

Seriously, the site was semi-funny. I laughed at Nigma, not with him though. His mom must be proud!

7:35 AM - Exhausted, exhausted and exhausted

I'm really tired. You'd think I never sleep. I don't think it's helping that I'm reading files on image computers (very, very dry reading).

I have to prepare a "camera-ready" handout for recitation next Monday. Joy.

8:08 AM - Meat Eaters are retarded

Ok, I don't think meat eaters are retarded, just the ones who write anti-veggie websites. Seriously, if you listen to those 'tards, we're supposed to eat mercury filled fish, beef and avoid veggies (veggies are bad, according to them very little nutritional value).

If you want to eat meat, fine with me. But don't be like all those "PETA" psychos (at least you claim they are) about meat eating. If you think militant vegans should stupid, look in a mirror when you're preaching the wonders of meat.

12:19 AM - Can't sleep

I've slept about 5 hours so far. I suspect I'm having trouble sleeping due to the fact I'm starting a new job (which always makes a little nervous) and I think I'm coming down with a cold. Well, I can't let a cold slow me down either way.

I did balance the checkbook and fill out my in school deference form. I need to get WMU to complete the "authorized official" section and can send the form in.

Sears put my first paycheck in my account. I'm a few dollars richer. LOL. I have some birthday money to deposit still. Most of the money I'll sit on, but I'm thinking about buying a book. Books are cheap entertainment for me. :-)
