2:53 AM - The Next iPhone and iPad's Graphics Performance are Expected to Improve 20 Times

According to the U.S. technology blog AppleInsider's reports, the PowerVRSeries6GPU core performance which is expected to be used in the next generation of iPad and iPhone, will be improved 20 times than the existing products. Something about iPad: ipad to computer transfer.

The GPU core is produced by Imagination, the company said at the International Consumer Electronics Show (CES) on Tuesday: "This makes Imagination's partners can provide excellent user experience, including new natural user interface and games of super reality sense and spawned a number of applications which is unattainable previously, including advanced content creation, graphics processing, augmented reality and context-aware solutions."

AppleInsider noted that Apple is one of Imagination's partners, the the A4 and A5 chips used in the last two generations of iPad and iPhone used the company's GPU. Apple also holds a substantial stake in Imagination, so PowerVRSeries6 is likely to be used in the next-generation of iPhone and iPad, but the specific time can not determined.

AppleInsider thought that, iPad 3's A6 processor may use the built-in PowerVRSeries6GPU. Tip for iPad users: convert mkv to ipad. However, sources said, iPad 3 will ship in March this year, so using the latest Imagination technology will face a very tight time.
