2:51 AM - Amazon Kindle Tablet with Low Price

The iPad is the world leader in tablets, but Amazon is reportedly nearing launch of its new tablet. Someone has got Amazon tablet, and revealed some information about its hardware and software. In hardware, Kindle Tablet is equipped with a 7-inch full-color touch screen, single-core processor, and the built-in storage space is only 6GB. And there is no physical button in front panel, no camera, the back cover design is similar with BlackBerry PlayBook. In software, Kindle Tablet's operating system is Android of the old version of (even earlier than 2.2). And it doesn't come with any Google applications, all applications need to be downloaded by Amazon appstore. This 7-inch tablet will be on sale in October, the price is only $ 250. Meanwhile, Amazon will launch 10-inch version next year. The lower price is in the attempt to come out strong in competing with Apple's iPad.

Apple's iPad is the global tablet leader, though the fire sale $99 TouchPad made a brief appearance on the sales radar, but the biggest threat to the industry leader is on its way as Amazon is reportedly close to shipping a new tablet - its first. The Taiwan tech newspaper quoted sources at component suppliers saying Amazon's first tablet verision, a 7-inch unit, is being manufactured by Quanta Computer, and that it will begin shipping in October, in time for holiday sales.

Amazon is expected to price its new tablet lower than Apple's iPad, particularly in light of the TouchPad's success during the $99 fire sale after HP discontinued the product. Amazon isn't likely to dip that low in pricing, but the company could dip below the $300 price piont and find success, some analysts say.

"Even though Amazon taking on Apple is a bit like David taking on Goliath (compare the market cap, profits, and cash position of the two companies), Amazon's willingness to sell hardware at a loss combined with the strength of its brand, content, cloud infrastructure, and commerce assets makes it the only credible iPad competitor in the market," Forrester analyst Sarah Rotman Epps said in a research note. Amazon's Kindle has sold more than any other e-reader device, and the company is likely sell its new tablet at a loss on hardware costs to gain new customers and parlay other profitable services including content, cloud infrastructure and commerce assets to make a credible competitive run at Apple, easily the global tablet leader.

Amazon's new tablets are expected to run on Google's Android operating system. Amazon already has an Android apps store on its online retail site, and if the company's new tablets find success more app developers are expected to jump on board with new Android programs, eventually rivaling the number currently available for Apple's iPad.

Even as the iPad sells tens of millions of units, it's clear there's a hunger for a lower-priced competitor. The HP TouchPad sold out in a couple days last month after the price was dropped from $399 to $99 - a result of HP abandoning the product altogether. So Amazon's lower price and its similar functions with Apple maybe can make a good expect, not just for them and for us who deadly want a cheap Tablet.

3:54 AM - Windows 8 Tablet - Another Competitor of iPad

Lots of analysts think until the end of 2012, Apple will continue to dominate the Tablet market. In addition to iPad, there is no other Tablet in nowadays mobile market that have high market share. We are still waiting for the emergence of competitors, but the truth is not optimistic after what happened to TouchPad. So it seems like we have to wait until the second half of 2012 when Windows 8 be released officially, see what it gonna to be. But one thing you should pay attention to, the Amazon, with brands, content and sale advantages, Amazon may consolidate non-Apple Tablet market, but who knows, it not gonna take long that we will know its fate. So here Windows 8 is the hot point right now.

The first Windows8 tablet looks set to be revealed with the help of Samsung at Microsoft's BUILD developers' conference next week. And if we had to guess, it'll likely be announced during the morning keynote from Anaheim, California. A few weeks ago, you'll recall, Microsoft was already talking about a quad core Windows Slate that will be given out at an upcoming Microsoft event. Hell, it even flashed a thin reference design to the crowd in a moment of dramatic titillation. Mind you, we're almost certainly talking about a quad-core ARM processor inside - not Intel - given the lack of ULV quad-core silicon from Chipzilla and the fact that NVIDIA is talking up its Windows 8 compatibility so gregariously on the eve of its Kal-El launch. And now, thanks to an industry source speaking to the Korea Economic Daily, we know that Samsung is very likely the manufacturer behind this first Windows 8 tablet. In fact, you might want to attend BUILD yourselves, where we expect Microsoft to hand out the Samsung tablet to every registered developer in cahoots with its plan to build a "no compromise" tablet running a full desktop OS.

In any case, Windows 8 system is the key that related to the success of Microsoft's Tablet. Therefore, we all can't wait to know who will bear the brunt of running Windows 8. At earlier time Samsung has announced that Samsung Series 7 Slate PC could upgrade to Windows 8. And now the interesting thing is, we've independently heard that Samsung would be making the BUILD tablet, so we're feeling good about that one. We've also heard that it would be designed by Microsoft, which suggests that Redmond is keen on controlling the entire hardware-software message for Windows 8′s tablet push - not surprising, considering how important the tablet market has become in the past year.

The practice of using Windows 8 system has great significance to Samsung, make the system of Tablet diversified, rather than simply rely on the Android system, which means users can also have more choices.

And according to someone, Samsung will show the Tablet that carrying Windows 8 system in the BUILD Microsoft Developers Conference that be held next week in California. This will be the first Tablet that equipped with Windows 8 showed to public. Although this news will excite us, but it's obviously that there is one more year until Window 8 will be launched, so Apple will continue to dominate the Tablet market at least for one year, so iPad is still our first choice, such being the case, if you have iPad right now or ready to join us, there is something latent capacity you need to know and dig, like ipad to computer transfer and how to convert videos for ipad.

4:18 AM - Are You Considering to Buy Sony Tablet S

After lots of rumors about Sony Tablet S, finally, it is launched. Compared to Amazon Kindle Fire's low price, it has a better market value, which means it's not that cheap, almost expensive as iPad, so I guess many people have faced a hard choice, which one should I have, Tablet S or iPad2? Well then, let's see the special characteristics of Sony Tablet.

Some said if a tablet's appearance doesn't like iPad, then it's not a Tablet, that's funny, whoever said that, he must be a crazy iPad fan. But there is always someone dare to make changes, yes, I am talking about Sony, shaped like a folded over magazine, Sony's Tablet S is maybe the weirdest looking tablet we've ever seen, but we have to admit that it's the most comfortable tablet we've ever seen. While it looks like the work of a crazy person, the design is deliberate. Sony thinks the wedge-shaped build will make the Tablet S more comfortable to hold in one hand, as well as making it sit more naturally on flat surfaces.

Compared to iPad2, Sony S is very thin and light, even equipped with two 5.5-inch touch screen, overall weight is till 0.82 pounds (367g), just has half weight of Sony Tablet S (S1) and iPad2. Alternatively they can operate independently, for example, playing video or games on one while showing control buttons or a keyboard on the other. Like other tablets it can surf the web, check email, download music and videos. More significantly, it can also be used in line with Sony's PlayStation gaming technology and its popular eReader digital book downloads, but just like iPad, we still need to have the aid of blu-ray ripper to watch blu ray videos on Sony Tablet, so that's a similarity between Sony and iPad anyway, huh, just kidding. Besides, Howard Stringer, Sony CEO said that Sony P can provide music and movies via built-in "entertainment library", which is a big advantage compared to other competitors. He said: "Apple made iPad, but it can make the film? We want to prove that it's not who makes it first that counts, but who makes it better," he said at the IFA conference.

Holding the Tablet S, you will impressed by how light it felt. At 598g for the Wi-Fi version, it's ever so slightly less heavy than the Wi-Fi iPad 2, which tips the scales at 601g. We suspect you could lug this tablet around all day, and not have to worry unduly about your bones collapsing under the strain. And look between the black bars of the bezel and you'll be greeted with a 1,280 x 800 display that Sony says uses the company's TruBlack technology - already a staple in its Bravia televisions, so imagine how wonderful it will be to rip blu-ray to mp4 and enjoy the HD movies on this high quality display.

It seems like after being launching into the market, this Tablet has a nice respond, but to us consumers who have experienced HP's $99 Tablet and Amazon's low price Kindle Fire, is really that easy for Tablet S to attract us? I'm not sure, but once it comes down in price, that's another thing, huh huh.
