11:34 PM - Classic and Worth-watching Films
You may love to watch movies in cinema or at home with families
on weekends. Most of the time, it is difficult to choose a movie
that every family loves to watch. If so, why not take a review of
some old yet classic films? Hereof, I introduced five well-known
movies which are also listed among must-to-watch list of numerous
people.
1.
Titanic: It is the first movie on my "must get
around to watch list". It gets the common theme, love, but it is
the most classic film which represents love with great shock. In
the movie, the scene that Rose and Jack keep abreast left a deep
impression to numerous buddies. On the soft sunset hues covered
vast sea, Kate Winslet and Leonardo DiCaprio deduced perfect love.
That's amazing! Jack died at the end, but it is the great sacrifice
made the legendary love story.
2.
Gone With The Wind (1940): Vivien Leigh, the
actress of Scarlett, is one of the most charming lady in my
thought. Sometimes we like a movie because of one classic
character, the wonderful performance of Vivien Leigh definitely can
get such award. In film Gone With The Wind, the vivid expression
and exquisite acting skills of Vivien Leigh paved the way for her
to get Oscar Award. Too many people know to cherish only after
lose; maybe it is a good egersis that the film provided for us.
3.
Breakfast at Tiffany's: sipping coffee while
staring at the elegant Tiffany jewelry, black dress matching with
snow-white pearls, the classic photo can be watched everywhere in
last century. From her earnest expression, the urgent wishes of
stepping into upper society circle have been truly unfolded. It
seems that the dressing style of the actress deeply influenced the
fashion industry.
4.
The Pursuit of Happinessï¼It's
without denying that The Pursuit of Happiness deserves the praise
worth-reading. I watched the movie in university class, maybe my
teacher wants to apply the encouraging theme to motivate us. Every
time when I thought of the film, the picture of lovely kid and
gloomy father who handles a medical machine flocking to shelter
will appear in my mind. It seems that success is always on another
side of high mountains, we must spare no effort to climb over those
hinders. A classic film indeed!
5.
The Shawshank Redemption: The prototype of Prison
Break. The protagonist is absolutely a hero, as he spent about 20
years in breaking the escaping tunnel and endured the smelly odour.
Through the actor locating in black and evil prison for decades,
his courage and strength are not effaced by hardship. In my mind,
the story implies that the way of success is paved by every single
stone day by day.
