4:14 AM - Details of Apple's New Headquarters Exposured, Shocking All of Us

In early June, When Steve Jobs who is still on sick leave announced to the world that Apple will build a new headquarters resembling "Space Shuttle", Apple fans all over the world have been struck by his fancy once again.Yesterday, the Cupertino, California, USA announced the plan submitted by the new headquarters of Apple, according to the latest exposed images and data, Apple's "spaceship" is just what Steve Jobs described as, very cool.

the designer of T3 make the design

The new headquarters is designed by the world-renowned architect Norman Foster, Beijing Capital International Airport T3, that is, from his hand. According to Steve Jobs's plan, the building will use the most advanced technology, using the world's largest glass components, the overall building shape is entirely curved. According to reports from overseas media, Date back to 1983 Steve Jobs already had plans to build a shiny glass buildings surrounded by oak and Lawn as Apple's headquarters, then located in coyote valley of San Jose, he Even found the Chinese architect IM Pei to act as the designer of the campus then.

In 1985, Jobs was expelled from Apple, with the project ended in abortion. But for Jobs, Passion and dreams will not change over time, and Apple has seen better days, holding so many cash, Steve Jobs will have the strength to turn the dream decades ago into a reality.

The whole building without a flat glass

The proposal documents submitted by Apple include four parts: Apple's introduction, siting and design of the park, the ground plan, renderings and so on. The program content displays, Apple's new headquarters covers an area of ??175 acres, including an OA、research and development building, accounting for approximately 2.8 million square feet, a 1000-seat built-in company auditorium, a company fitness center, a research space of about 30 million square feet, green plants surrounded and a parking lot.

Before this there are media reports, Apple's new headquarters has four floors, with the appearance of a ring, the internal ring is designed as a huge courtyard, the most distinctive place is still Apple's usual glass design, and there are no flat glass in the entire building of the new headquarters , "the price for this form of construction of buildings is not cheap, especially we will build a special building glass in this building , it's pretty cool, "Jobs said.

Although the modeling is unique, Apple still did not ignore the energy saving. It is reported that the main building and the top of the underground parking area of the new headquarters will use solar panels to absorb energy, and the whole park will be planted nearly Million trees.

Jobs threat "to build or to move"

It is reported that after the local government disclose the program of Apple's new headquarters, they will make the audit based on how Apple's new park impact on the surrounding Environment and its development. They will hold a public hearing in the Town Planning Board and City Council and it will decide whether to adopt Apple's new campus program.

Mayor Cupertino said that there is no reason to reject Apple's headquarters building plans. However, to take no chance, Steve Jobs has released relentless program that if the new headquarters in Cupertino city can not get through it will be moved to Mountain View, which is Google's headquarters.

According to Apple's plans, the new headquarters will be founded in 2015. According to the Blueprint drawed by Steve Jobs, the "Space Shuttle" will become the world's best office buildings.

5:29 AM - Apple Becomes the Biggest Winner While the three Operators competing for users

Recently, China's three major operating agencies are in the battle of 3G users iPhone. Their business war taking advantage of the iPhone is imminent.

From the performance after the induction of iPhone in 2009, China Unicom's net profit does not show growth in 2010. It is a big challenge for the three major operating agencies to obtain real profits, and give consumers more material benefit in the same time with the growth of iPhone users. If you own an apple ipad, you can try this: ipad dvd converter

Behind the back that the three operators contesting against the iPhone, it is the reality that Apple earned big money.

Operators: silent response to rumors

Yesterday, there was news said that One of China Mobile's internal documents shows that mobile will sign a contract about selling the iPhone as early as September, but Which version is not clear. But some insiders believe that because of China Mobile's Standard reasons, they will induct the simplified version of iPhone 4. And this simple version of iPhone 4 will be achieved mainly by WiFi to enable the High-speed Internet access, so the insiders considered that China Mobile is vigorously building WiFi to meet the current. China Unicom who already had co-operation with Apple will induct iPhone 5. China Telecom may also induct iPhone 5 and simplified version of iPhone 4 on October this year.

There are Data show that Apple earned big money in China region thanks to the favor of the major carriers. The third quarter's fiscal reports in 2011 which was recently released shows that in the first three quarters of 2011, Apple's iPhone sales in the Chinese market has growed five times, with sales of $ 8.8 billion, which does not include the Apple parallel machines which enter China by some other ways.

Dilemma: the users rosing with the profits falling

The data from the Industry and Technology Department shows that at the end of May 2011, the total amount of 3G users reached to 73.76 million, and China Unicom took 30% by 22.09 million. In the aspects of competing users, iPhone contributes to China Unicom. But China Unicom's profit falls sharply with the growth of the users. According to the first quarter's fiscal reports of China Unicom which announced on April 26, China Unicom revenues 490.3 Billion yuan at the quarter, up 21.2%, but the net profit of 1.66 billion yuan, down 86.5%.

To this end, said the insider Yang, apart from the competition between the three operators, how to distribute profits with the Apple company is also a key.

4:04 AM - Apple Mac OS X Quick Start function prosecuted alleged infringement

On August 9, according to foreign media reports, the Florida Operating Systems Solutions Inc. recently accused Apple in central Florida, U.S. District court, alleging that Apple Mac OS X operating system has a violation of its operating system for quick start patent.

The patent describes a method for booting a personal computer including the standard Power On Self Test, or POST that most machines perform, including Apple's Macs running OS X.

Operating Systems Solutions Inc. didn't specify in the patent infringement litigation at the specific version of the Apple Mac OS X operating system. However, the company said Apple's sales in the region using Mac OS X operating system, the MacBook Pro Apple laptop computers and other PC infringed its patents.

According to court documents, Operating Systems Solutions Inc. requested injunctive relief. The company asked for damages and the immediate destruction of all remaining advertisements, flyers, other promotional activities or advertising content, and other infringing content.

At first glance, the lawsuit seems no different than other patent troll cases that litter the legal landscape--but there are a few oddities that hint at a larger purpose to the filling.

For one thing. the patent holder--Operating System Solutions--is an absolute unknown. Even patent trolls typically have websites and a modest online presence; OSS appears to lack even these items. Furthermore, the patent in question was originally granted to LG back in 2002, before being transferred and reissued OSS in 2008.

It's not uncommon for big companies to sell or transfer patents that they don't need, but it's unclear what OSS does, why it acquired the patent, or whether the company even exists as anything but a mailing address. In addition, this is fairly old technology: LG applied for the patent in 1999, and certain submitted drawings refer to Windows 95 as the final booted operating system.

There's nothing obviously wrong with the patent itself, but the court filing doesn't specify which version of OS X allegedly infringes its property or make mention of any negotiating process beyond a boilerplate statement that it notified Google of the infringement. There's been some speculation that OSS may be acting as a proxy for LG, which has its own stake in the smart device race and may have filed suit against Apple in a legal preemptive strike.

The patent was previously owned by LG Electronics, the makers of the LG G-Slate, an Android powered tablet. This has led some to speculate that LG's ties to Android could in fact make this a shell game that is being used to open a line of attack for Android on Apple's OS.

Some of those claims raised by Apple have to do with core Android features, not just the design of these devices, making the outcome of those suits potentially very impactful on any device running Android.

We'll keep an eye on this suit as it could very well turn into a major part of the battlefield between Apple and Android.

3:41 AM - Apple Beats Nokia and Samsung,Becoming top Smartphone Maker

For the past few years, many had witnessed the huge advances in mobile handset technology as well as the big increase in the number of smart phones and advanced mobile phones released into the mobile market place . One of the most popular handsets to hit the market in recent years has been the Apple iPhone, with popularity soaring due to its high quality touch screen and massive range of applications that can be downloaded from its apps store.

Apple Inc. (AAPL) added another feather to its success story as it outsold Nokia Corp (NOK) and Samsung to become the largest smartphone maker in the second quarter of 2011 in terms of global shipments of smartphones. Research firm Strategy Analytics confirmed Apple's iPhones to have grabbed an estimated 18.5% market share, compared with 13.5% a year earlier.

Apple shipped 20.3 million iPhones in the second quarter, ahead of Samsung, Nokia, RIM, HTC and others, in that order.

In the first quarter of 2011, Apple shipped 18.7 million iPhones, second to Nokia's 24.2 million smartphone shipments. Notably, Nokia is undergoing a transition to the Windows Phone platform, away from its Symbian devices. But it won't have Windows Phones out until late this year.

"Demand has been so strong that even [iPhone] models that have been out for one or two years are still being sought out," Llamas noted. "With an expected refresh later this year, volumes are set to reach higher levels."

IDC said Apple's success stems from selling iPhones through more than 200 carriers in 200 countries, as well as its increased manufacturing capacity. While Apple has reached the top spot, it is still below Nokia's single-quarter record of shipping 28 million smartphones.

Samsung, in second place with 17.3 million smartphones shipped in the second quarter, saw 380% growth over the second quarter of 2010. Part of the reason is Samsung's popular line of Galaxy S smartphones, based on Android, IDC noted.
Apple's ability to spur the popularity of the smartphones in developing nations, where it's less successful, will help dictate the company's smartphone fortunes in future.

It has also been rumored that the company is looking to launch the iPhone 5 in September. The hype around the new iPhone has already scaled new heights and if Apple can realize revenues from iPhone 5 for an entire month (if it chooses to release the product in early September), it will be major revenue driver going forward.

As Apple remains heavily dependent on iPhone and iPad sales (68.8% of the third quarter revenue), the company is taking every possible step to safeguard its dominant position in the smartphone and tablet market.

Apple remains entangled in a number of lawsuits against Eastman Kodak (EK), Amazon.com Inc. (AMZN) and Microsoft Corp. (MSFT) over a number of issues. As the outcome remains uncertain, we believe the lawsuits will remain an overhang on the stock going forward.

We maintain our Neutral rating over the long term (6-12 months). Currently, Apple has a Zacks #1 Rank, which implies a Strong Buy rating in the near term.

3:43 AM - A Brief Introduction of Apple iCloud

When Apple iCloud is on the way, do you know what it is? What is its main functions? Perhaps you know little about it, here is a brief introduciton of it, you can have a look.

With Apple revealing iCloud price details along with the beta version of iCloud.com, now seems like a good time to explain what the service is to anyone who missed Apple's announcement in June.

iCloud basics

iCloud does not replace local storage on iPhones, iPads and iPod Touches. What it does is keep your data in sync between any Apple device or PC that you own. For example, if you're writing a document in Pages on an iPad, that document will automatically be available for editing on your iPhone or a PC, with no need to transfer files by e-mail or USB.

iCloud also remembers your device's settings, apps, home screen layouts, ring tones and text messages, so all of that information is available if you upgrade or replace your iPhone or iPad. Think of it like the backup function in iTunes, but through the Internet instead.

Which apps use iCloud?

Apple's iWork productivity software - Pages, Numbers and Keynote - can sync documents through iCloud. Contacts, Calendar and Mail will also be updated automatically across multiple devices. A new service called Photo Stream allows you to download your 1,000 most recent photos to a computer or other iOS device for 30 days. You can also store a device's entire camera roll in iCloud for longer.

Third-party apps will be able to use iCloud as well. Rovio, for instance, could make Angry Birds data available across devices so your iPhone and iPad will show the same progress through the game. It's up to developers to implement these kinds of features.

What's included for free, and what costs extra?

Apple will provide 5 GB of iCloud storage for free, but iTunes music, apps, books and Photo Stream don't count against that total. iCloud storage is consumed by documents, mail, app data, your full camera roll, settings and other device information. Additional storage costs $20 per year for 10 GB, $40 per year for 20 GB and $100 per year for 50 GB.

Apple suggests that 5 GB of storage should suffice, but that depends largely on whether you're storing lots of photos and videos on your Camera Roll, and how much app data you're backing up. The former should be easy to determine - you can already see in iTunes how much data is used by photos and video - but the latter will be harder to pin down until we see how many developers adopt the service.

Who is this for?

People who own multiple iOS devices will get the most out of iCloud, because it saves the hassle of manually transferring data between iPhones, iPads and so on. Owners of a single Apple device may still appreciate iCloud's automatic backup function, which makes replacing hardware easier.

iTunes is separate

One possible point of confusion with iCloud is how iTunes purchases factor into the service. When you buy music from iTunes, it can be automatically synced to all of your iOS devices, and it won't count against your free storage. A paid service called iTunes Match is completely separate from iCloud, and syncs any music you haven't purchased from iTunes for $25 per year.

When will this be available?

iCloud arrives this fall, alongside iOS 5.

5:10 AM - Cybernet iOne H5: Propel Conformable Business PC

An all-in-one, widescreen PC that's perfect for multitasking! Use it as a medical all in one PC, EMR computer, or industrial all in one PC. View multiple data sets or use several software applications at one time on its 20-inch widescreen display. The iOne-H5 has an optional touch screen with single- or multi-touch for even greater productivity, and outstanding digital media support for high-definition video and 3D graphics. With exceptional power, speed, and reliability, you can free up space while maximizing performance.

Cybernet's iOne H5 is basic on the outside and powerful on the inside. This business-oriented all-in-one desktop PC outperforms all of the other machines in its category, and has a slick swivel stand and a touchscreen to boot.

Our review model ($1332 as of July 25, 2011) came packed with an Intel Core i7-860 processor, 8GB of installed RAM, a 500GB hard drive, an ATI Mobility Radeon HD 5730 graphics card, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth, a DVD-RW drive, and a 20-inch touchscreen. The iOne H5 runs a 64-bit version of Windows 7 Ultimate.

When it comes to performance, the iOne H5 doesn't disappoint. On PCWorld's WorldBench 6 benchmark tests, the iOne H5 earned a score of 133--17 points higher than the score our top-rated budget all-in-one PC, the HP Compaq 6000 Pro, managed, and 40 points higher than the mark our number two budget all-in-one PC, the HP TouchSmart 310, collected. The iOne H5 costs about $380 more than the Compaq 6000 Pro and about $600 more than the TouchSmart 310.

In PCWorld's Unreal Tournament 3 graphics tests, the iOne H5 managed a frame rate of 50.9 frames per second (at high quality settings and ascreen resolution of 1680 by 1050 pixels). On the same test, the HP Compaq 600 Pro only managed 35 fps at the same settings, and the HP TouchSmart topped out at 10 fps.

The iOne H5 is housed in a shiny black chassis that sits on an extremely flexible stand. A thick black bezel (containing an integrated webcam) surrounds the 20-inch touchscreen. Most of the ports are located on the bottom of the screen, rather than on the back, which is good for wall-mounting but not so convenient otherwise. Luckily, the stand is very flexible--you can swivel the screen 60 degrees on either side, and tilt it through a 65-degree range.

On the bottom of the screen are buttons for volume up, volume down, brightness, contrast, mute/back, and menu/enter. Beneath these buttons are most of the ports, including four USB ports; HDMI-, DVI-, and VGA-out ports; two gigabit ethernet ports; three audio jacks (line-in, audio out, and mic); and support for hooking up an antenna and composite video. One the right side of the screen you'll find two additional USB ports (for a total of six USB ports) plus a power button; on the left side of the screen is the optical drive.Like most other all-in-ones, the iOne H5 doesn't offer many upgrade options, but two mini PCIe slots are available.

Two built-in 2.5-watt stereo speakers sit below the screen. The audio is neither loud nor very full, and voices sound a bit tinny; I recommend adding an external audio system.

The 20-inch widescreen touchscreen is big, bright, and glossy, with a native resolution of 1920 by 1080 pixels. It uses a five-wire resistive multitouch touchscreen, in which a polyester coversheet overlies the glass. You can see the coversheet flex as you touch the screen, and the touchscreen requires a bit more force than, for example, the iPhone's capacitive touchscreen). I found that I much prefered using a regular mouse. The screen itself is not too reflective. Off-axis viewing angles are decent--a good thing considering the wide range of the swivel stand. Colors looked good, though they tended to appear a tad washed-out.

The iOne H5 comes with a basic wireless keyboard and wireless mouse. The keyboard is matte black and features wide, flat, extremely light keys. Because the keys lack good feedback, typing accurately and quickly isn't easy. Additional buttons to the right of the keys include a music button, play/pause, volume up, volume down, and mute. The three-button optical mouse is quite light, making it responsive and easy to use.

The Cybernet iOne H5 is a business budget all-in-one PC that delivers very well on graphics. Though it's not the sexiest machine you'll ever see, and it has no stand-out features, itdoes offer a powerful processor and graphics card that can handle whatever you throw at it--even gaming. Of course, most people looking to buy the iOne H5 probably aren't gamers.

4:53 AM - Powerful New iLife Updated for New Mac

Hey! I get some fresh pieces here to show you. It's about the Apple iLife. Do you know it? It's a new software which run on Apple Mac. It includes three parts: iPhoto, iMovie and GarageBand. Its latest version is iLife 11. With it, you can have great fun really.

As with every Mac in recent memory, Apple's latest hardware releases, the MacBook Air (Mid 2011) and Mac mini (Mid 2011), include the current versions of Mac OS X and iLife--in this case, Lion (OS X 10.7) and iLife '11. (Interestingly, the new models include only iPhoto, iMovie, and GarageBand. iWeb and iDVD are nowhere to be seen.) But these new models don't include a DVD or thumb drive for reinstalling that software.

If you ever have a problem that requires you to reinstall the OS on one of these models, you use the new Lion Recovery feature to boot from a hidden recovery partition of your hard drive and download Lion on demand. Unlike older Macs running Lion, these new models also feature a special version of Lion Recovery, Lion Internet Recovery, that works even if your entire hard drive went south and you had to replace it--you essentially boot your Mac over the Internet, download Lion, and reinstall. When you're back up and running, you can launch the Mac App Store and reinstall the iLife apps, which will be listed on the Purchases screen.

When you reinstall Lion via Lion Recovery, it seems Apple uses information about your Mac's hardware to verify that it has a license for Lion. But what about iLife? When you first set up one of the new Macs, you're prompted for your Apple ID and password. That information is sent to the Mac App Store, which adds licenses for the iLife '11 apps to your Mac App Store account.

But as we've explained when covering the Mac App Store, the license for Mac App Store-purchased software lets you install that software on any Mac authorized with your Apple ID. Purchase an app on your laptop, and you can launch the Mac App Store app on your iMac, click the Purchases button, and install that same app without having to purchase it again.

The iLife license you get when you set up one of the latest Macs is no different. Which means that if you haven't yet gotten around to upgrading to iLife '11, buying a new Mac mini or MacBook Air essentially gets you iPhoto, iMovie, and GarageBand for all your Macs running OS X 10.6.6 or later (since you need at least that version of Snow Leopard to run the Mac App Store). And this isn't sneaky or dishonest--it's right there in the Mac App Store's software license.

Of course, this isn't exactly the same as buying the boxed version of iLife '11, since you don't get iWeb or iDVD--you might even use the latter if one of your other Macs still has an optical drive. But it's tough to complain that you aren't getting enough free software.

2:28 AM - Mac App Stores---Experience A Different way of Life

Do you know Mac App Store? It is popular lately. With the Mac App Store, you can get what you want on your Mac easily. No more boxes, no more disks, no more time-consuming installation. Click once to download and install any app on your Mac. The Mac App Store is now available as a software update for any Mac running Mac OS X Snow Leopard.

The Mac App Store is just like the App Store for iPhone, iPod touch, and iPad. So it's as easy to find and download Mac apps as it is to add your favorite magazine to iPad or a new game to iPod touch. You can browse Mac apps by category, such as games, productivity, music, and more. Or do a quick search for something specific. Read developer descriptions and user reviews. Flip through screenshots. When you find an app you like, click to buy it.

Apple has informed registered Mac and iOS developers that the App Stores for both platforms are now available in 33 more countries. As of these latest additions, the iOS and Mac App Stores can now be accessed in 123 nations around the world.

The newest places to join the App Store include Algeria, Angola, Anguilla, Antigua and Barbuda, Azerbaijan, Bahamas, Bahrain, Barbados, Belarus, Belize, Bermuda, Bolivia, British Virgin Islands, Brunei, Cayman Islands, Cyprus, Dominica, Ghana, Grenada, Guyana, Iceland, Montserrat, Nigeria, Oman, St. Kitts and Nevis, St. Lucia, St. Vincent and The Grenadines, Suriname, Tanzania, Trinidad and Tobago, Turks and Caicos, Uzbekistan, and Yemen.

Not every app is available in every international App Store, either due to licensing restrictions or the preferences of individual developers. However, the vast majority of apps will find their way onto the virtual store shelves of the App Store around the globe, so newcomers ought to have plenty of software from which to choose.

Residents of these 33 countries will, I suspect, be pretty pleased with this development. It can be very frustrating to own an iPhone in a country which does not have a local version of the App Store. As the U.S. store requires a U.S. credit card, and doesn't even allow PayPal accounts funded by cards from other countries, iPhone users in App Store-less countries have only the few default apps that Apple ships the device with and free Web apps.

Local versions of the App Store will finally allow customers in these countries to use their credit cards to make purchases, even though the prices on most of them will be listed in U.S. dollars and the language will be English. Additionally, the mere presence of the stores will likely help spur iOS and Mac developers native to these countries, not only by providing an avenue to sell their wares, but also by prompting them to develop apps that are specifically useful for their fellow citizens. And, of course, Apple and developers can expand its reach to a bunch of new potential customers.

So if you are reading this on an iPhone somewhere in Nigeria or while sunbathing in the Cayman Islands, fire up the App Store and start browsing. I'm sure you'll find something that catches your fancy.

5:26 AM - Amazing Google+ iPhone App: Useful Tips

Do you know G+? G+ is a shortened form of Google+, which is a free app just arrived on the iPhone. Its goal is to share the fun of real life experience more easier, and to narrow the distance between people so that eveyone can exchange just like in real life.

Almost a month after Google announced its new social network, the Google+ iPhone app is finally available in the iTunes App Store. Those who downloaded the app Tuesday when it first went live complained of a litany of bugs. Google has since released an update, fixing many of the errors.

The Google+ iPhone app is impressive-it has a fairly intuitive interface, a clean design and a few cool features unique to the mobile version. And while any iPhone user can download it now, only users with Google+ invitations can currently use it.

Here's a look at five things you should know about the Google+ iPhone app, from changing your location settings to uploading photos, and a few tips to help you along the way.

1. View Your Google+ Stream Three Ways

When you open the Google+ iPhone app, the home screen displays five features: your stream of updates; Huddle, the feature that lets you chat among your circles; photos; your profile; and your circles. Tap "Stream" to access three views of updates.

The first view of your stream includes updates only from Google+ users in your circles. Visually, it looks a lot like Facebook's iPhone app with the user's photo next to their update, an excerpt from a link they attached and comments from other Google+ users.

Swiping your finger across the screen from right to left will change the view of your stream to something unique to the Google+ iPhone app: incoming messages from people near your current location.

Swiping your finger once more from right to left will change the stream view to "Incoming," which includes posts from everyone who has put you in a circle.

2. Google+ Check-Ins

At the top right of the app you'll see two icons: a checkmark and a pencil. Tap the checkmark to load a list of locations near you and check in.

By default, check-in privacy is set so only those in your circles can view it. You can change this by tapping the "Your circles" bar. You can also attach a photo from your camera or take a picture.

Unlike Foursquare or Facebook check-ins, there are no deals attached to checking in, though it's likely that feature will come soon. Clicking on a location from the mobile app will load the corresponding Google Places page.

3. Remove Your Location from Google+ Updates

While the Google+ iPhone app may limit your location to only your circles, by default, all your mobile updates will include roughly where you are. Here's how to remove your location: Click the pencil icon in the top right to create a new post. Your location is listed just above the camera icon on the bottom. Click the X next to it. This bar will now read "No location attached."

There does not seem to be individual settings for the Google+ iPhone app, which means if you never want your location attached to an update, you will need to turn it off every time.

4. Comment On, +1 and Mute Google+ Posts

One part of the Google+ iPhone app that needs tweaking is the interaction with posts in your streams. Unlike Facebook's iPhone app, there are no buttons within your streams that let you comment on, +1 or mute someone's post. Instead, you need to tap the individual's post, which will take to you a new page, in order to comment.

This new page includes a +1 button at the top, as well as a drop-down menu at the bottom with options to mute or report the post. One big feature that is missing: the ability to share posts from within the app.

5. Uploading Photos to Google+

While you can attach photos to any update, you can also upload ones individually or in bulk via the Photos button on your Google+ home screen. One cool feature: Your photos homepage displays four albums ("From your circles," "Photos of you," "Your albums," and "From your phone) and flashes the images in a slideshow you can view from this screen.

The Google+ iPhone app makes uploading pictures from your phone particularly easy. Tap the album "From your phone." This will load all the photos you have stored on your iPhone. Then tap the individual pictures to select them and click Share.

For a first release, the Google+ iPhone app is pretty solid. It's still early to see how the group chat feature, Huddle, will take off, but as Google+ opens the flood gates to more users, this is likely to become a popular element.

4:05 AM - An Effective way to print from ipad easily

Ipad is more and more popular due to its powerful functions and amazing appearance. It makes life easily and effectively. We can get all kinds of video?music?ebooks?games on it,and enjoy them everywhere. With it,we live a more convenient and interesting life.

Among other things, the iPad is a great way to save paper: It lets you carry around all kinds of digital documents that you might otherwise have had to print.

But from time to time you may still need to print data that's on your iPad-- business documents that you created in Pages and Numbers, for example, or driving directions to hand someone who's not packing silicon. Printing from the iPad can be easy if your needs are modest, but even if you require extensive printing control, there is, as they say, an app for that.

(The following steps work for any iPad, including the iPad 2 and both Wi-Fi and 3G models.)

The basics

Even though you can add a USB port to your iPad with Apple's iPad Camera Connection Kit, it's no use plugging in a USB printer, because iOS doesn't know how to talk to printers via USB. Some printers have built-in Wi-Fi (a natural match for the iPad). But for the rest, you'll need a computer or other proxy device to serve as a conduit for iPad print jobs: your iPad connects wirelessly to your Mac (or other device), and that in turn connects to the printer. import video to ipad

But the communication channel is only part of the picture; you also need software that knows how to send data to the printer in the right format. Starting with iOS 4.2, Apple built printing support into the iPad with a technology called AirPrint. Any app that has been updated to take advantage of AirPrint can print wirelessly to a compatible printer with a couple of taps.

For reasons that only Apple knows, the initial implementation of AirPrint works with just a handful of newer HP printers that support something HP calls ePrint. If you happen to have such a printer (HP has a list of them on its Website), and it's on the same local network as the iPad, your iPad will be able to see it and print without any special configuration. (ePrint also gives your printer a private e-mail address, so you can also e-mail a document as an attachment, and it'll print automatically.)

If you aren't fortunate enough to have an HP ePrint-compatible printer, however, you can still use AirPrint with the vast majority of printers. All you need is a bit of extra software that runs on your Mac.

Activating AirPrint

Two such applications are quite similar: Collobos Software's FingerPrint and Ecamm Network's Printopia. Install either of these utilities on a Mac on your network, select the printer(s) you want your iOS devices to be able to use, and you can then print to those printers from your iPad just as if they were HP ePrint printers. Both of these tools let you print from your iPad to any local or network printer; they also let you use the Print command to send documents to your Dropbox or a folder on your Mac in lieu of a printer. dvd to ipad converter

However, the two applications do have their differences. FingerPrint requires OS X 10.6 or higher, and it has an option to "print" directly to iPhoto on your Mac. But before a printer appears in FingerPrint, it must be shared using the Print & Fax pane of System Preferences. Printopia supports OS X 10.5 or later, works with any printer (shared or not), and can send files from your iPad to a PDF or PNG file on your Mac (much like OS X's print-to-PDF capability). As of version 2.0, it also lets you "print" not only to iPhoto but to any Mac application, save files to any number of folders on your Mac, use any PDF Workflow on your Mac (such as e-mailing PDFs--click the PDF pop-up menu in any OS X Print dialog to see all your options), and configure printer settings. For all of those reasons I greatly prefer Printopia.

Another option exists, too, and it's even free (donations requested): Netputing's AirPrint Activator. But although it serves the same basic purpose of enabling AirPrint to use any printer your Mac can see, AirPrint Activator has a rather tedious setup process, and doesn't offer a way to print to Dropbox or to a folder on your Mac.

Printing with AirPrint
http://zapp5.staticworld.net/news/graphics/211360-airprint_original_original.png
Once you have either an ePrint-compatible printer or an AirPrint enabler set up, printing from your iPad is simple:

First, look for the Print command. Assuming an app has been updated for AirPrint support, this command is in there somewhere, although the location varies--sometimes it appears when you tap a button with the word Print or a printer icon on it, other times it may be in a popover that appears when you tap a Tools, Send, or Action icon. (When in doubt, check the app's help.)

Next, if this is your first time using AirPrint, or if you want to switch printers, tap Select Printer and then tap a printer name. The printer you select becomes the new default printer, meaning you can skip this step next time if you want to use that printer again.

To change the number of copies, tap the plus (+) or minus (-) button. If the document has more than one page, you can limit which pages print by tapping Range and selecting the start and end page numbers. When you're done, tap on Print.

Your document will begin printing. While that is in progress, you can double-tap the Home button and then tap the Print Center icon to view and manage your print jobs; Print Center disappears when printing is done.

So with the above steps, you can get papers from your ipad.Is it amzing?Want to know more? Here i get other pieces to show you. It's about some software about ipad.
