According to the reports from foreign media, a company named WiLAN blamed Apple, HP, Dell, Alcatel-Lucent, Kycera and HTC in violation of its two franchises in wireless broadband communications area.

According to WiLAN's description, one of the patents involved in HSPA and CDMA network, while the other is related with Wi-Fi and LTE communication network. The company submitted a complaint to the district court which is located in East Texas. The court rises to distinction by hearing this case. This lawsuit adds fuel to the flames on the movement and wireless market whcih is inherently chaotic.

In April, Apple and Samsung disputed the patent of Galaxy Tab devices. The lawsuit between the two companies dragged to September of this year to see dawn, it relates to whether the Galaxy Tab can be sold in Europe.
