If you have the War Games Pass that was free with Limited Edition copies of Halo 4, or have bought the Pass for 2000 Microsoft points, then nbe sure to download from Halo 4 main menu and not direct from marketplace.

Halo 4 helmet is released 20 ^th, Mar. It is the global first halo 4 helmet, we just have released the first version, and then now we are ready for second version, which will be the classical version.
