1.Download dvd to ipod touch (Supports Window 7 and support new iPod), Install and Run it.(If you need convert video to ipod touch, please refer to free ipod video converter)

 

2.You can click on 'Load File' to add DVD/IFO from your hard disk. Or insert your DVD disc into your DVD-Rom. Click 'Load DVD' button to add the DVD file.
