Let's say you are one of the millions of music fans out there. What if one day you have the urge to stream some of your

favorite songs to your iPad from your iTunes account? How do you Stream Audio Files to iPad with MobileMe? What are

the necessary steps to take in order to achieve this?

Step 1: Pick out the songs you want to stream
Locate the file in your music folder. If you're picking it from iTunes, simply click and drag the song from your iTunes

library to your desktop. Then, when you've picked your batch of songs, sign in to or sign up for MobileMe.

Step 2: Activate a MobileMe account online via the mobileme.com website
Once finished, sign in with your credentials. When you are in MobileMe, look at the top left hand corner of the page for a

small blue icon with a white cloud. Click on it, and from the horizontal pop up menu select the iDisk option.

Step 3: Now that you are in iDisk, select the upload arrow
A popup will appear that asks you to choose files to upload. Click the Choose button in the bottom right corner and pick

the desired files. Once you select the files, a window will appear showing you the upload status. When the upload is finish,

you should be able to find the song you uploaded in iDisk's directory.

Step 4: Now, you need to install iDisk on the iPad
When that is finished, open up the app and sign in. You should see your audio files. Tap the one you want to listen to, wait

a few seconds, and Quicktime will be playing your song.

There you have it. You now have a method to stream audio files to the iPad with Mobileme. One downside is that you

cannot play playlists as of yet, but if you have a yearning to stream a song, now you can.
