I am feeling down today and there is a need to see things in a different light. Don took my sup call today with matching comment as I am being tenured. cx is just charged with 70 dollars but the bill is already supposedly 102. A clear misinformation rather than just the superficial explanation of what is reflected in the face amount of the bill.

I got a kudos from Andrew. A bit proactive. I waived the mobile number fee that time. The thing is that my commendation was not posted in remedy.
